SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery We ship via Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times within the UK are 2–4 business days from dispatch. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed — delays can occasionally occur during busy periods.

Shipping rates

• Orders under £40: £3.95 flat rate
• Orders £40 and over: free shipping

UK only We currently ship to UK addresses only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Lost or delayed orders If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@patchel.co.uk and we'll investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Incorrect address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address being provided.
